Kaleliler’s automated manufacturing processes, rigorous quality control infrastructure and full compliance with European standards and regulations were featured in Fastener + Fixing Magazine, one of the leading international publications of the fastener industry, under the headline “Kaleliler ensures structural safety” in Issue 161 (September–October 2026). The magazine highlights that Kaleliler is well positioned to support the strict requirements demanded by global infrastructure projects.
Integrity secured right from the hot forging process
To ensure the integrity of heavy-duty components from the very first production step, Kaleliler operates fully automated hot forging lines manufacturing large diameter fasteners up to M48. Precise heating cycles deliver uniform grain flow and dimensional accuracy.

Robotic handling during the hot forging process helps prevent microstructural defects, while also eliminating human error and reducing internal stress concentrations.
Surface protection with automated hot dip galvanizing
Following heat treatment, surface protection is carried out on Kaleliler’s state-of-the-art automated Hot Dip Galvanizing (HDG) lines. By automating dipping times, temperature controls and high-speed centrifuging, Kaleliler achieves precise coating thickness without compromising thread fit or introducing hydrogen embrittlement risks.
Certified products and an accredited quality control laboratory
Kaleliler’s commitment to quality is backed by certifications such as EN 14399-1 and EN 15048-1 for preloaded and non-preloaded structural bolting assemblies, as well as EN 14399 for preloaded assemblies.

The company also operates an accredited quality control laboratory equipped with mechanical and non-destructive testing equipment. Fasteners up to M72 can be tested, including torque and preload testing as well as mechanical and impact testing.
CBAM compliance and transparent carbon reporting
As part of its commitment to compliance, and in response to the European Union’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) regulation, Kaleliler actively measures and reports embodied carbon emissions across its production cycles.
By integrating energy-efficient robotic equipment, optimised thermal processing and transparent raw material sourcing, Kaleliler is able to provide detailed CBAM emission reports on request.
Also in this issue: “Built for Heavy Loads”
The same issue of Fastener + Fixing Magazine also features Kaleliler’s full-page advertisement “Built for Heavy Loads”, showcasing its bolts, studs, nuts and washers manufactured for demanding industrial applications, together with Kaleliler’s participation in Fastener Expo Eurasia, held on 17–20 September 2026 at Tüyap Istanbul (Hall 1, Stand 122B).
